ACTION REQUIRED IMMEDIATELY 1. Create a new federal law enforcement division cyber force that operates 24/7 helping all 50 states, DOJ . 2. The force must have open access to all data communication networks to do deep, proactive analysis, not just public data. 3. The mission is to stop premeditated murder and other major premeditated federal crimes before they happen. 4. It must be fully federally funded and mandatory. No company or network can opt out. If they won’t open their data, they don’t operate in the U.S. 5. The force will work proactively with state, county, and local law enforcement to prevent crimes before they hit schools, communities, and the public. That’s a demand .
