As my representative in Congress I beg you to stop the senseless murder being perpetrated by the military in the Caribbean. These cowardly acts are under mining the already tarnished reputation of our country, and serving to infuriate and radicalize other countries against us. Each act has been a defacto w ar crime, and every instance gives other countries the licence to target America's interests with the same disregard of international law. Please, use yo ur constitutional powers to stop this murder!
