The brazen defiance of court orders by the administration, including the Supreme Court's ruling in the Abrego Garcia case, is an alarming violation of the separation of powers and a threat to the rule of law. Ignoring binding legal decisions undermines the foundations of our constitutional system of checks and balances. This unlawful conduct cannot be allowed to stand. We urge you to use all available means to compel the executive branch's compliance with judicial rulings. Failure to do so would set a dangerous precedent that no president is truly bound by the law or court orders. Decisive action is needed to uphold the authority of the judicial branch and prevent further erosion of our democratic institutions.
