Please answer the following, with specific details. 1) What is your plan to mitigate the impact of the sudden layoffs at Tinker Air Force Base? 2) How do you plan to support our communities in integrating 600 newly unemployed people, many of whom are former military who served and sacrificed for our country, into the local workforce? 3) Until the sudden glut of unemployed is absorbed into the workforce, the financial impact of their lost federal wages will now be borne by the state and citizens of Oklahoma via unemployment payments, food assistance, and charitable donations. How do you intend to fund this? 4) What percentage of these workers are expected to move out of Oklahoma as a result and how will that impact our local economy? 5) Losing so many employees at once will impact operations and readiness at Tinker. How do you plan to keep the base and your constituency secure?
