Vote NO on the SAVE Act

To: Rep. Crank, Sen. Bennet, Sen. Hickenlooper

From: A constituent in Colorado Springs, CO

February 8

I am writing to urge you to vote NO on the SAVE Act. This legislation will do nothing to protect democracy. Instead, it will disenfranchise eligible voters, suppress voter turnout, and disproportionately harm marginalized communities. By creating unnecessary barriers to voting, the SAVE Act weakens representative democracy rather than strengthening it. At its core, this bill is a solution in search of a problem. Widespread voter fraud is not supported by evidence, yet this legislation risks silencing lawful voters and eroding public trust in our democratic institutions. That makes it not only misguided, but morally bankrupt. I ask you to stand up for accessible, fair elections and reject legislation that undermines the fundamental right to vote.
