President Trump and Pam Bondi have some idea that our Constitutional rights and due process are words that only they get to use. I have seen no evidence that Kilmar Abrego Garcia is a gang member. He has no criminal record. He was arrested at a Home Depot while looking for day labor construction work. This ‘unleashing’ of ICE to arrest and deport essentially any foreigner, whether they are accused of a crime or not may fulfill their racist ideations, but it surely violates the 4th, 5th & 6th ammendments. ICE arrested Kilmar based on the sweatshirt he was wearing. He has no gang tattoos, or other identifiable marks that show he’s a member of MS-13, or any gang for that matter. He was arrested with absolutely paper thin probable cause, and Pam Bondi threw him on an airplane to score political points with the MAGA base. This is clearly Malicious Prosecution, Abuse of process and False Arrest. ICE and the Trump Administration can do this to anyone they don’t like, including anyone that opposes them. Please do something!
