In light of the recent Supreme Court ruling that declared that President Trump's sweeping tariffs were declared unconstitutional, it is time for Congress to start taking steps to take back its constitutionally given power to regulate commerce (including the implementing of tariffs) from the executive branch, to ensure that the president can't implement anymore tariffs without congressional oversight and approval, and demand that the treasure pay back the money collected from tariffs back to working-class Americans and small-business owners in the form of either a refund, or some other type of economic relief.
