I read that in at least four cases at Columbia Heights Public school district in Minnesota, ICE has detained students to use as bait to capture their parent/guardian/family target immigrants. I read they detained a 5 year old on his way home from school and relocated him to a detention center in Texas. Abhorrent! Unbelievable! This is nothing short of kidnapping and 100% unconstitutional and you know it. Further, I read about DHS' May 12 letter enacting procedures blatantly violating the 4th Amendment. WTF? This should be a four alarm fire for Congress to demand ICE suspend all activity until you get a commitment from the Secretary they will 100% comply with the law. If the administration is allowed to file frivolous lawsuits against their political enemies, surely the Congress can muster up the courage to hold the President accountable to the Constitution!
