Arms Embargo in Israel and Permanent Ceasefire

The situation in Gaza has escalated to a catastrophic humanitarian crisis, with the Israeli government's genocide against Palestinians resulting in over 40,000 casualties, including 15,000 children. Palestinians are suffering famine, disease outbreaks, and the complete destruction of civilian infrastructure like schools, hospitals and utilities. This devastating violence threatens to spiral into a broader regional war if urgent action is not taken. We urge implementing an immediate arms embargo on weapons to Israel to halt their military offensive. Simultaneously, intense diplomatic pressure must be applied to secure a permanent, comprehensive ceasefire deal that ends the cycle of violence and allows for the desperately needed humanitarian aid and rebuilding efforts to begin in Gaza. Only through such robust measures can further loss of innocent life be prevented and a path towards a just resolution be forged.
