Oppose Section 70302 of H.R.1: Contempt of Court enforcement

I am particularly concerned about Section 70302 of H.R.1, the provision that will limit the enforcement of contempt of court charges. The impact of this Judicial provision for contempt citations for Federal injunctions allows current and future Presidents to freely defy court orders and the constitution, in effect giving the Executive Branch the power to ignore the Judicial Branch check and balance system—even retroactively! I expect that our Kentucky Senators to protect the rule of law, not help the administration to deliberately break it!!
