DEFEND THE CONSTITUTION

It is now 35 days that Kilmar Abrego Garcia has been kidnapped. I know he is one man, but what happens to him is a signal of what will come for the rest of us. If he’s allowed to be taken without charges or a trial then we are all in grave danger. I have a question - I thought Congress had to declare war? Are we at war with El Salvador or Venezuela? How is the president allowed to just say we are at war and allowed to detain people and kidnap them to a foreign country. I don’t understand how this is not being challenged by Congress. I am a veteran and I swore to support and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic. I believe in the Navy values of Honor, Courage, and Commitment - and I expect that from you.
