I am a constituent living in Denver. I am outraged that the Republicans in Congress are proposing a reconciliation bill that includes $1 billion of funding for Security and other issues related to the ballroom ( which I am totally opposed to and was in any event supposed to be privately funded) as well as long-term funding of ICE and other immigration related aspects of homeland security. Both of these issues I find extremely disturbing. Please join all other Democrats in the Congress in mounting a loud and clear campaign challenging this Bill. Congress must act to protect our freedoms and support the limitations which are in the constitution to constrain and restrain the executive branch. I urge you to act immediately and with all your available efforts to bring this travesty to the attention of the American voters and defeat it! Thank you.
