It is a public incitement to genocide—targeting the estimated 65 million Latino residents of the United States. Loomer’s reference to “Alligator Alcatraz” as a site where Latino individuals would be detained and fed to alligators is a chilling echo of fascist propaganda and genocidal intent, not metaphor or hyperbole. This rhetoric is not isolated: • Loomer has flown aboard Air Force One with Trump (Latin Times). • She has endorsed detention camps and mass deportation. • Officials in Florida have floated plans to turn Everglades land into detention zones—an idea Loomer has dubbed “Alligator Alcatraz.” This is not political theater. This is the rhetoric of ethnic cleansing. History shows that when this kind of speech is left unchallenged, atrocities follow. I urge you to take the following immediate actions: 1. Publicly denounce Laura Loomer’s statements as incitement to ethnic violence and a direct threat to the safety of Latinos in America. 2. Demand that the U.S. Department of Justice open an investigation into Loomer under federal hate crime and incitement statutes. 3.
