Release the full Jeffrey Epstein-related investigative and court records

To: Rep. Van Duyne, Sen. Cruz, Sen. Cornyn

From: A constituent in Dallas, TX

December 7

I am writing to urge immediate action regarding this Republican administration’s continued failure to release the full Jeffrey Epstein-related child-sex trafficking investigative and court records. This continued secrecy is unacceptable. It creates the perception this administration has much to hide. It fuels public distrust of our rule of law, damages public confidence in our justice system, and dishonors sexual abuse survivors. My wife and I are asking you to take specific, public action now: 1. Demand a formal explanation from the Department of Justice and relevant courts for why Epstein-related records remain unreleased. 2. Call for a clear public timeline for releasing all lawful records, with redactions limited strictly to protecting victims. 3. Support or initiate oversight hearings to examine prolonged delays, improper sealing, or obstruction. 4. Make a public statement demanding that unnecessary delays end and that the Epstein files be released without further excuse. Transparency restores trust. Delay, and obstruction, destroys it.
