An Open Letter

To: Sen. Gallego, Rep. Hamadeh, Sen. Kelly

From: A verified voter in Peoria, AZ

February 1

I am writing to demand an immediate congressional investigation and legal action against Elon Musk, Donald Trump, and their associates for election interference, abuse of government power, constitutional violations, and a coordinated attempt to subvert democracy. These actions present an unprecedented threat to national security, financial stability, and civil rights. Key Violations & Crimes Committed: 1. Election Fraud and Voter Coercion (52 U.S.C. § 10307(c)) Musk’s $1M/day voter giveaway in swing states constitutes bribery and a direct violation of federal election law. Trump allies in Tennessee have attempted to criminalize voting against his immigration policies, violating the 14th Amendment’s Equal Protection Clause. Penalty: Up to 5 years in federal prison per offense. 2. Conspiracy Against Rights (18 U.S.C. § 241) Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) has locked federal employees out of government systems, violating their constitutional rights. Trump-aligned legislators are attempting to permanently incarcerate migrants in states like Mississippi and Missouri, which directly violates the 13th Amendment’s ban on involuntary servitude. Penalty: Up to 10 years in prison (or life imprisonment if serious harm results). 3. Abuse of Government Power & Unauthorized Control of Federal Agencies Musk’s DOGE team has reportedly taken control of the Treasury Department, the Office of Personnel Management, and the General Services Administration (GSA). His aides have been locking out career civil servants, conducting unauthorized code reviews, and demanding access to Treasury payment systems controlling over $6 trillion annually, including Social Security and Medicare funds. This is an unconstitutional takeover of government agencies by a private citizen, violating the separation of powers. 4. Sedition & Treason (18 U.S.C. § 2384 & 2381) The Trump administration’s attempt to freeze congressional spending to stop the flow of federal funds is a direct violation of the Constitution. If Musk, Trump, and their associates interfere with government financial operations, they could be guilty of economic sabotage and treason. Penalty: Up to 20 years for sedition; life imprisonment or death for treason. Immediate Actions Congress Must Take: Launch a full congressional investigation into Elon Musk and Trump’s illegal activities. Refer Musk, Trump, and any involved officials for prosecution under federal law. Block Musk’s DOGE team from accessing federal payment systems or making personnel changes. Prevent states from enacting unconstitutional laws criminalizing votes or permanently incarcerating migrants. Protect federal employees from coercion and retaliation. This is not just a policy dispute — this is a direct attack on democracy and constitutional order. If Congress does not act, private billionaires and corrupt officials will continue dismantling government institutions to serve their personal agendas.
