The proposed bill S. 5384 will do substantial damage to the education system. It will allow the education plans of disabled students to done away with, can and will affect financial aid and will lead overall to only an those in high financial classes to attend post secondary education. This is effectively making information and education unreachable except for a select few in order to silence the masses and their understanding of information. This bill will cause ripple effects to an already flawed system to a point that is appalling. Rather than dismantle a system completely just because you want to implement your ideology is something that needs to be reconsidered. The framework to actually help the education system is there, so be the one to say NO to a bill that would effectively be rid of something that helps millions receive an education.
