Children are coming home to parents who are gone. Parents are coming home to children who have disappeared. Families are being torn apart overnight by the government without warning, due process, or accountability. This is not safety. This is not law and order. This is state violence. History is clear: in Nazi Germany, atrocities did not begin with camps. They began with disappearances, family separation, fear, and officials insisting it was “legal.” We are watching those same warning signs now. Pretending otherwise is willful denial. As a lawmaker, you are responsible for what is done in your name. Funding, defending, or remaining silent about ICE abuses makes you complicit. End ICE raids. Stop funding detention and deportation. Protect due process. Keep families together. History will record who spoke up—and who allowed this to happen.
