Today’s meeting between President Zelenskyy, President Trump, and Vice President Vance has raised serious concerns about potential allegiances with Russia's authoritarian regime. Ukraine is bravely defending its sovereignty against an illegal and unjustified invasion fueled by Putin's quest for power. We must stand firmly with our Ukrainian allies in their struggle for freedom and democracy. Any attempt to undermine Ukraine's resistance or align with Russia's fascist ideology is a strike against human rights and liberal values. This clash exemplifies the need to resolutely reject Trumpian politics that threaten to compromise our nation's principles. We call on our representatives to reaffirm unwavering support for Ukraine's self-determination in the face of Russian aggression.
