With federal employees being made up of 30% military veterans/current reservists and over 50% veterans/reservists and military/veteran spouses, JD Vance’s and several Republican’s comments on threats of layoffs, make this administration and Congress the least veteran friendly in recent history. While you continue to sit silent on the threats on the livelihoods of those who have protected this great nation, you also fail to do your job. With Republicans controlling all 3 branches of government, there exists no excuse for a lapse in appropriations. It’s embarrassing and it’s a total failure like we have never seen. Stop harming those who have served our nation and do your job. Speak out against the verbal threats to our current and former service members. None of it’s surprising since the current president had called us “losers and suckers.” None of this will be forgotten and this will have an effect at the midterms.
