This is a petition to stop any friends or relatives of current or future members of the Us Government from using any form of Military Aircraft fixed wing or helicopters from "joy rides or excursions " without approval from Congress and the American people at the Pentagon or any other place in the Country unless it is a evacuation or emergency.
