As your constituent, I write to ask you to demand & make public a list of every undocumented immigrant detained by ICE who are charged and/or convicted with felony offenses related to drug trafficking, drug cartel & gang violence, murder & sexual assault. The American people deserve this information before any congressional vote is held for further DHS ICE funding. To my knowledge, none of this information has been made available to the public. We deserve to know what progress ICE has made toward making our communities safer rather than accept unmasked unidentified ICE “agents” summarily executing people on the street & withholding evidence of their actions from state & local prosecution. DHS ICE should not get another taxpayer dollar until they are held accountable for their actions during the current administration. Kristi Noem must be held accountable. Or fired.
