I expect you to vote NO on the confirmation of Bove to be a federal judge. He is unfit for the judicial position for which he’s being considered. He is dangerous and unfit; the more we learn about him the clearer this becomes. He’s lied and he has indicated he will not abide by the Constitution. He has also stated he won’t even abide by judges’ orders and that his staff should tell judges to “f*** off”. I know your standards are low – but perhaps even this doesn’t meet your standards. Vote NO.
