Science should be evidence-based, not political. I’m concerned that all 22 members of the advisory board overseeing the U.S. National Science Foundation were abruptly dismissed on April 24 and without explanation. When Republicans destroy the foundation of basic research, it sets science back decades. What are you doing to protect evidence-based science that is vital to society?
