I understand that Senators Schatz, Durbin, and Welch have introduced a joint resolution to amend the U.S. Constitution to abolish the Electoral College and mandate that the president be elected by the popular vote. I want the Senator to support it. The Electoral College is outdated and undemocratic. It’s got to go. Thank you!
