As your constituent, I urge you to reject the anti-democratic and corrupt H.R. 1, the “One Big Beautiful Bill Act” This legislation will harm the poor and vulnerable in our nation, to the detriment of the common good. The changes made by the U.S. Senate to the legislation are insufficient and do not significantly mitigate its adverse effects.
