I wrote to you recently, praising Senator Graham's sanctions bill, which was signed and passed into with a wide bipartisan majority. As your colleague, Senator Painter, put it, "This bill will cripple Russia’s war machine and finally bring Putin to the negotiating table." Now we see that the White House is making deals with Russia involving personal gain for Witkoff and Kushner before it takes effect, sabotaging the power of the sanctions. We are counting on you to stand up on behalf of the US and its allies and block these deals. Give the sanctions a chance to take effect. Thank you for your service.
