Last month, the House Republicans passed the No Rogue Rulings Act, which would bar federal district judges from issuing nationwide injunctions to block Trump’s illegal executive actions. Then this week, a key House committee passed the JUDGES Act, a bill that would allow Trump to pack the courts with MAGA loyalists by adding 66 new judgeships nationwide. These bills are an all-out attack on the separation of powers that form the basis of our constitution. We have three separate branches of government to hold each accountable. Making the President the end-all be-all power head in our country is against the very fabric we wrote the Constitution on. We have no king. We don't want a king. We have a democracy. And while we get deeper and deeper in a Constitutional crisis you sit on your hands and act like nothing is wrong. Senate, do not pass these bills. House, you made a mistake! Get the word out that you need the Senate to stop the bills! Protect democracy! Protect the Constitution!
