I expect you to denounce what FBI agents at Kristi Noem’s press conference just did to Senator Padilla. This is outrageous and should not be a partisan issue. A United States senator was thrown to the ground and handcuffed. It’s the job of a US Senator to defend their constituents’ rights, which Senator Padilla was doing calmly and peacefully. To brutalize an elected official for asking questions at a press conference is beyond the pale. If you do not swiftly and decisively condemn these heinous actions, you’re telling all Pennsylvanians that do you will never stand up for our rights because you don’t think that’s part of your job.
