Election administration—particularly voter eligibility systems and mail-in ballot procedures—is not within the unilateral authority of the President. This Executive Order attempts to: * Create federal “citizenship lists” of voters using incomplete federal databases * Empower federal agencies and the USPS to control whether ballots are issued or delivered * Coerce states into compliance through threats of funding withdrawal and enforcement actions These actions are not only unprecedented—they are constitutionally suspect. Legal experts across the political spectrum have already raised serious concerns that this order violates the separation of powers and intrudes on state authority over elections. As your constituent, I expect you to: 1. Publicly denounce this Executive Order as an unconstitutional expansion of executive authority 2. Support or introduce legislation to block its implementation 3. Defend the constitutional role of Congress and the states in administering elections 4. Refuse any federal action that conditions funding on compliance with unlawful directives Silence or inaction at this moment is not neutrality—it is complicity in the erosion of constitutional governance.
