With the amendment already ratified by 38 states, all that remains is for President Biden to publish the ERA before leaving office. The threat of rollbacks to gender equality is imminent under a new administration, making it crucial to act now. By publishing the ERA, President Biden can cement a lasting legacy upholding gender equality and preventing discrimination based on sex. We have a narrow window to get this done, so urging the President to take action on the ERA must be a top priority. Publishing the amendment is long overdue and ultimately necessary to guarantee equal rights for all.
