EXCUSE ME: When lawmakers can trade on the same industries they regulate, they could use for gains to pad and shape policy to help their own portfolio. Congress we the people are demanding a law permitting public officials to take an oath to serve the public and agreement to but sell trade or have any invest in stocks;banning individual stock trades removes any interior gains and restores trust. Countries like the UK and Canada have rules for ministers! a PURE ETHICS Act. Effective immediately
