Gonna keep this simple . The Save Act requires specific means of acceptable identification. none of them are free. you pay for a driver’s license, a passport and a copy of your birth certificate. The US constitution, specifically the 24 amendment, renders a poll tax unconstitutional. The SavecAct requires a purchase of a form of ID to vote-which constitutes a poll tax. The Save Act is per se unconstitutional. In addition, the other voting act would eliminate military voting from outside their district if on deployment. Also unconstitutional, not to mention hateful.
