Humane immigration reform respecting civil liberties and community trust
To: Rep. Howard

I am concerned that this proposed measure promoting increased immigration enforcement would exacerbate racial profiling and further strain the relationship between immigrant communities and law enforcement. Such policies often come at a high financial cost to taxpayers while doing little to improve public safety. Rather than pursuing divisive crackdowns, we should focus on building trust and pursuing humane, common-sense immigration reforms that respect civil liberties and human dignity. I urge you to vote against this counterproductive legislation that would undermine community policing efforts.
