Stop the National Design Studio before it goes live. Executive Order 14338 created a White House office — led by Airbnb co-founder Joe Gebbia — that has quietly built approximately 40 federal websites, including working previews of vote.gov and passports.gov, all routed through a single private Cloudflare account tied to Gebbia personally. Staff are hired under Section 3161 so they never appear on salary reports, file no financial disclosures, and answer to no inspector general. Across all 12 NDS programs, zero Privacy Impact Assessments and zero System of Records Notices have been filed — both legally required.
This is not a design office. TrumpRx.gov uses PostHog to record keystrokes, mouse movements, and clicks without stripping IP addresses, then forwards that data through a technique designed to evade detection. A custom 539-line script on ndstudio.gov rewires the browser's network layer to copy every server communication to a private backend. Passports.gov — controlled by the White House, not the State Department — is collecting biometric-quality photos with no privacy notice. Vote.gov is in their staging environment while a separate executive order pushes a White House-controlled voter list. Greg Hogan, a DOGE staffer who obtained a court exception to access OPM records, now runs Login.gov and its 150 million accounts.
This is a man-in-the-middle architecture being inserted between citizens and their government — for health data, passport applications, voter registration, and federal identity. Demand an immediate congressional investigation, compel full privacy disclosures, and block any NDS site from going into production until there is independent oversight. The Presidential Records Act seals everything until 2040 if you wait.
