Congress,
Once again, we’re watching the First Amendment be selectively enforced. When Jimmy Kimmel speaks out, he’s targeted. Performers who express dissenting views are threatened, canceled, and punished—not for inciting harm, but for using their constitutionally protected voices. If this government can’t protect free speech for everyone, it protects no one.
You sat in silence while Trump’s administration turned political disagreement into grounds for retaliation. If it’s fair to cry foul over student protests, books, or comedians, then it’s time to admit the truth: you’re either for free speech, or you’re not. What’s good for the goose is good for the gander. Stand up now. Rein in this abuse of power. Demand the release of the full Epstein files while you’re at it—because this administration is more interested in silencing comedians than exposing predators.
