call for AI CEOs to slow down the development of their advanced models until better regulation is established. The obvious parallel for this industry is looking at nuclear non-refer agreements and thinking about how the development of a technology that has a lot of benefits potentially, but also could create a world in which our mutually assured destruction is inevitable. We need regulation on this emerging industry, like we need regulation on all emerging industries to ensure that it both benefits people, but also does not harm the environment, the economy, our international relations, and the future of humankind. Please do what you can to call for sanity in the Senate and regulate this industry that is hell bet on beating China whatever that means.
