The president calls the ‘excursion’ into Iran a WAR. The U.S. is at war no matter what you say. Your president has been very clear. In the first SIX days, YOU had 10 rationales – ALL are LIES and have FAILED: “Imminent threat” – LIE (see congressional testimony) “No nukes” and destroying/taking the nuclear material – LIE/FAIL Stop the terrorist proxies – FAIL Regime change – failure – FAIL Election interference in 2024 – LIE Peace in the middle east – LIE/FAIL Undertaking the operation “for our grandkids” – LIE/FAIL Murder-for-hire plot and the ‘I got him first’ story – LIE/FAIL Fulfilling God’s purpose – LIE/FAIL Israel was going to do it – we had to help – LIE/FAIL See the Atlantic article for a full recap of the above, it’s comical at this point. Your administration continues to throw everything out to find something you can call a success, other fairy tales have included: Our president choosing the new regime – FAIL. Helping Iranian people ‘rise up’ – FAIL. Destroying Iran’s missile capability – FAIL. Destroying Iran’s navy – FAIL. Things we have accomplished Killing of U.S. military members Closing the Hormuz Strait Killing civilians SECDEF LYING under oath to congress. SECDEF calling injured military members LIARS when they report lack of protection. Getting hundreds of millions of dollars of military equipment destroyed. Causing billions of dollars in destruction on bases in the region Keeping thousands of military members in harm’s way while lying that we are ‘not at war’. History will judge YOU and your lack of action. The War Powers Act does not pause when you or the president says so. The president has said we’ve won so many times it’s embarrassing – and there would be no pause the war if we ‘won’. Troops would be leaving the region – and that is not happening. The lies are just disgusting – our military are still in harms way and you don’t care. You have been a doormat and are a disgrace to this state. I don’t expect an answer – you are too cowardly for any real words. I’m making a record – shame on you.
