People are saying that republicans are supporters of pedophilia and may actually participate in the crime. It certainly seems possible as actions by the president and inaction by the republican controlled congress do support these ideas. The Trump administration failed to release the promised Epstein files. Then had private interviews with Ghislaine Maxwell. Neither the public nor the attorneys representing the victims of child rape have received any details of these meetings. The American people need to have this information, unabridged! After their secret meetings, Maxwell (a sex trafficker of girls and young women, and a participant in sexual abuse of children) was put into a more comfortable minimum-security prison. Americans deserve to know why this was done and what was talked about at these secret meetings. She deserves to serve out her sentence in the maximum-security jail where she was! She does not deserve any additional comfort. Her crimes ruined the lives of children and physically hurt them. There were many victims. Lawrence Taylor was appointed to the president’s council on sports and nutrition. This commission will work to encourage fitness and good nutrition in schools. Lawrence Taylor pled guilty to paying to rape a 16-year-old trafficked runaway girl in 2011. Why is it ok to appoint this pervert to a position dealing with children? He paid to have sex with a 16-year-old trafficked girl! It seems that the transactional republicans will hold the teenager responsible for this. After all, she got paid. Money seems to be the only thing that Trump and republicans value. The party is morally bankrupt. I could go on with multiple examples. Our republicans need to stand up to this open sexual abuse of children and hold those who participate responsible. I believed that all the pedophilia talk coming from the right was made up, now I believe that it is real and republican are actively participating or actively shielding those who do. Do your job, stand up to this protect the children of our country. Hold the offenders responsible. Do not pretend to be powerless to do anything about this matter. The legislative branch is responsible to hold the executive branch responsible for its decisions. Reclaim your power and do the right thing for these victims. Otherwise, you are complicit in the crimes and the cover up.
