An Open Letter

To: Gov. McMaster, Sen. Scott, Pres. Trump, Sen. Graham Nordone, Rep. Biggs, Rep. White, Sen. Cromer

From: A constituent in Prosperity, SC

October 4

To: Members of Congress and the Department of Justice : Urgent Review of the Interstate Corrections Compact (1959) and the Interstate Agreement on Detainers (1970). These were created for safety, overcrowding, and family proximity. Now it’s become a business system where states transfer inmates across state lines, get reimbursed (to transfer n house) similar to human trafficking? Where do I sign up to be a private contractor so I can get a few bucks and get paid hundreds of millions annually to house n transfer inmates? :) <3 I urge congress to review to abolish those laws n enforce nationwide then make a regulation law that in only extreme circumstances with evidence providing that housing n transfer is warranted ; The millions of $’$ saved can fund inmates to get skooled ! this will serve the public so when they are released they got skillz n master there minds with the education we feed em hopefully the governments proven Silva theory on those tablets. Fierce education not just 15 minutes a day. Open education open mind
