I’m writing to urge you to fight any budget reconciliation bill that throws more taxpayer money at ICE and Border Patrol. These agencies already got a massive funding increase last year, and now Republicans want to use reconciliation to hand them billions more on top of that. That’s not acceptable. We should be investing in healthcare and housing — not pouring more resources into agencies that are already operating without accountability. I’m asking you to vote NO on this reconciliation bill and use every tool available to delay it, build public opposition, and make clear that these spending priorities hurt working families to prop up Trump’s deportation agenda. Please don’t let this go through without a fight.
