Why is Trump golfing while the U.S. is committing war crimes and doesn’t give a damn about following rules of engagement? First there was hundreds of children killed at the girl's school, attacks on their water supply and now we have sank a defenseless Iranian ship in the Indian Ocean headed home (roughly 2,000 miles from Iran). We left 80+ survivors to drown. Sri Lanka carried out the rescue operations. If true, this raises serious questions under the Geneva Conventions and maritime law, which require protection and rescue of shipwrecked combatants when possible. Even German submarines picked up the stranded British sailors after they sank their warships in WW2. This isn’t a minor incident. Analysts are already calling it one of the most dangerous naval escalations since the Cold War. If the United States claims to defend international law, then it must follow it. Congress must investigate and STOP this immediately. This is humiliating, terrifying and horrific. WE ARE NOT WILLING TO DIE OR KILL JUST FOR HEGSETH’S AND MILLER’S WAR GAMES.
