I oppose Joint Resolution 140 and want the Senator to protect the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness in Minnesota from permanent and irreversible mining pollution. We can't afford to lose the Boundary Waters — or the thousands of jobs it sustains for the region's outdoor tourism economy. Passing Joint Resolution 140 would endanger one of the most-visited wilderness areas in America to serve the profits of a foreign mining company. Vote no on 140!
