Minnesota is dealing with the immediate fallout of aggressive ICE activity, and our communities deserve clarity and accountability. But this crisis cannot be allowed to eclipse another long‑standing obligation: the full, unredacted release of the Epstein files.
The public has waited years for transparency on a criminal network that exploited minors and operated with the protection or negligence of powerful individuals. Those documents remain incomplete, sealed, or obscured. That is unacceptable.
I’m asking you to ensure that federal attention on Minnesota does not become an excuse for federal inaction elsewhere. Oversight must continue. Pressure must continue. The Department of Justice must release the remaining Epstein files in full.
Both issues demand seriousness. Neither should be used to distract from the other.
