Major Watson deserves a speedy trial according to his right under the 6th Amendment. Regardless of his military service, the 1st Amendment still protects his right to peacefully protest and petition his government. Finally, his solitary confinement and de facto torture is unjust and further violates his 8th Amendment rights. These Amendments were penned at the inception of this democracy because the government MUST be restrained to abide by the rule of law. DO SOMETHING NOW!
