Remove Section 224 from HR 8800. No Bilateral defense initiatives with Israel

I am deeply concerned about a provision within H.R. 8800. Please REMOVE entirely from this bill TITLE II - Section Sec. 224—United States-Israel Defense Technology Cooperation Initiative. I am concerned that U.S. citizens would even want to consider such a thing. In no manner is it proper for our sovereign nation to consider synchronizing cooperative efforts between the United States and Israel, including bilateral defense technology research, development, testing, evaluation, integration, and industrial cooperation. Please don't respond to me with language justifying this provision being in the bill. I, for one, do not want the defensive initiatives of the U.S. being linked directly in ANY way with the defensive initiatives of ANY other country!
