I am writing for the Impeachment of Donald John Trump and removal from office as our 47th President. He has broken his oath of office to defend the Constitution of the United States of America by his attempts to unlawfully rewrite the 14th Amendment through Executive Order 14160, to end birthright citizenship in our country. Donald J. Trump has overstepped Congress by ignoring article 1 section 8 clause 1 of our Constitution, specifically empowering Congress with the budget and funding for tax authorization. He has violated the Impoundment Control Act of 1974 through this process as well. He is trying to take the "power of the purse" away from our elected representatives in Congress.These 3 examples alone must disqualify Donald J. Trump from serving as our President. His continued unlawful and unconstitutional Executive Orders specifically disqualify him from the office of the Presidency. Furthermore, he is an accomplice to the illegal act of Elon Musk's data breach of the U.S. Treasury which allowed him (and his tech employees) access to the private information of millions of American citizens.
