Eaton Fire victims struggle with insurance adjusters

Insurance adjusters are causing more harm than they’re helping! Many people displaced by the Eaton Fire are being treated poorly and faced with more arguments and trauma bc their main structures are still standing. These structures are not livable due to smoke and heat damage, but insurance adjusters think people can move back into Altadena where there are no utilities and live safely in 3 months! Phase II hasn’t even started in West Altadena. We need help! Please urge insurance companies to pay out to the full limits of their policies, not just for personal property.
