I’m a constituent writing from Denver. I support The Robin Hood Act, introduced by Sen. Ruben Gallego. This bill would tax the “borrow” part of the “buy, borrow, die” scheme the rich use to spend without paying taxes on their wealth. I also support the Stop CHEATERS Act, which would restore IRS funding and modernize systems in order to more effectively curtail wealthy tax cheats. Also, I’m angry about the FBI’s raid on the Ohio Organizing Collaborative, a pro-democracy organization that helps register voters in that state. This group has done absolutely nothing wrong. What the FBI is doing is voter intimidation, pure and simple. Has the Senator made a statement denouncing it? Have you called on the FBI to back off? If not I’d like you to do so right away. Thanks.
