The budget reconciliation bill currently in the Senate proposes to eliminate the FERS Annuity Supplement. As a loyal federal employee, I have already been raked through the coals by this administration. And now the attacks are coming for our retirement plan. I am a 22 year employee at the veterans administration, and am eligible to retire at age 57. I stand to lose an average of $1500 a month if this bill passes. I demand this be removed, because making changes to someone's pension/retirement plan during the middle of their employment is wrong! Please vote against this ridiculous bill and vote for the rights of federal employees who have worked hard and have been loyal to their country.
