I am writing to demand that you take immediate action to stop Donald Trump’s dangerous march toward martial law. His repeated abuses of power against cities with mayors he does not like and states with governors he disagrees with are not only unconstitutional but also a direct threat to our democracy. Trump is not a king. He was elected to office with rules and limits, yet he continues to act as though those limits do not apply to him. Your duty is clear: protect the balance of power, protect our freedoms, and protect the people you represent. No American should have to fear their own government. No city or state should be targeted for political revenge. The time to act is now—before this march toward authoritarianism becomes permanent. Stand up for the Constitution.
